DoNotSell.

Submit a verified opt-out under California CCPA and Nevada SB 220. We process verified requests within 60 days.

Effective date: May 11, 2026  |  Last updated: May 25, 2026

Submitting this form formally records your request that Park Place Realty, LLC not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and Nevada SB 220, you have the right to make this request.

Park Place Realty does not sell personal information for money. We do, however, "share" (in the CCPA's expanded definition) data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you have given explicit Advertising consent on our cookie banner — that flow is used for ad attribution, not data brokering. If you have already declined Advertising consent on the banner, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, that sharing is already off.

This form gives you a separate, verifiable record of your opt-out request, which CCPA + Nevada law require us to honor in writing.

We need enough information to confirm that the request is genuinely from you (not a stranger filing on your behalf). We collect name, email, and state of residence. If you have submitted a form on this site in the past, we cross-reference the submitted email against our records. If you have not, we may follow up via the email you provide to confirm before processing.

  • Confirmation of receipt: within 10 business days (email).
  • Action: within 45 days for California residents (CCPA), 60 days for Nevada residents (SB 220).
  • What we do: set your record in our CRM to "do-not-share," disable Meta CAPI events for any future submissions you make, confirm to you by email.

If you are submitting this request on behalf of someone else (a parent filing for a child, a guardian filing for an incapacitated person, or an attorney-in-fact), include a copy of your authorization in your submission and we will verify it before processing. CCPA recognizes authorized agents; NV SB 220 does not have a separate authorized-agent provision but we honor the same verification standard.
